• Mint authority: should be revoked. If the dev can mint more tokens, they can dilute you to zero.
• Freeze authority: should be revoked. If it isn’t, your tokens can be frozen so you can’t sell.

2. Liquidity

• Is there enough liquidity to actually sell your position without crushing the price?
• Is the liquidity locked or burned, or can the creator pull it?

3. Holder distribution

• Do a handful of wallets hold most of the supply? That’s a lot of potential selling pressure.
• Are many of the top wallets funded from the same source? That can indicate one person pretending to be many.

4. The vibe check

• Is the “community” all bots posting the same message?
• Are there promises of guaranteed returns? Real meme coins make no promises — they’re entertainment.
• Is someone pressuring you to buy right now?

5. The contract address

• Always get the CA from the official website or official socials — never from a random DM.
• Scammers copy popular names and logos. The address is the only thing that can’t be faked.

How did Moon Moon’s coin turn out?

Three days later, the liquidity vanished and the website went offline. Moon Moon stared at the empty chart for a long time. Then he licked the alpha’s face, which the alpha did not appreciate, but understood.
